Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Fes → Ifrane → Azrou → Midelt → Merzouga Desert
Depart Fes in the morning and travel through the Middle Atlas Mountains, stopping at Ifrane (the Switzerland of Morocco) and Azrou forest to see Barbary macaque monkeys. Continue via Midelt, famous for its apples, and cross the scenic Ziz Valley before reaching Merzouga. Take a camel trek at sunset across Erg Chebbi dunes and spend the night in a luxury desert camp with traditional dinner, Berber music, and stargazing.

Day 2: Merzouga Desert Exploration
Wake up to sunrise over the dunes and enjoy breakfast. Today is dedicated to exploring the desert lifestyle: visit nomadic families, explore the village of Khamlia to enjoy live Gnaoua music, and see seasonal desert lakes and oases. Return to your camp in the evening to relax, dine, and spend another magical night under the stars.

Day 3: Merzouga → Rissani → Todra Gorge → Dades Valley
After breakfast, leave the Sahara behind and head to Rissani, famous for its traditional souks, dates, and the local dish Madfouna (Berber pizza). Continue through Tinghir to explore the dramatic Todra Gorge, with its towering cliffs and palm groves. Arrive in the Dades Valley, known for its spectacular rock formations and kasbahs. Enjoy dinner and relax in a charming riad overlooking the valley.

Day 4: Dades Valley → Ouarzazate → Ait Ben Haddou → Marrakech
After breakfast, drive along the Route of 1000 Kasbahs, passing the Rose Valley (Kelaat M'gouna) before reaching Ouarzazate, home to famous film studios. Visit the legendary Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site and filming location for Gladiator and Game of Thrones. Cross the scenic High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n'Tichka Pass and arrive in Marrakech in the afternoon. Drop-off at your riad or hotel.
